AMP Smart Security collects the information that you provide to us when you sign up to receive a quote. We request your name, email, phone number, address, your greatest security concern and your preferred security tool. By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive text messages from us.
We collect the information that you provide to us when you use the “Build Your System” tool. We request your contact information as well as information necessary to evaluate the project, such as the number of windows you have in your home, the number of sensors you desire, and the types of services you are interested in our providing.
We use the personal data we collect to respond to your inquiries and requests, administer and improve our websites, communicate with you via email and text message, provide or enhance the Services you request, perform our contractual obligations, provide updates and other important information related to your activity on and with the Services, inform you of new services or changes in our services, enter into contracts for services, to fulfill legal obligations we have to governmental authorities or other third parties, and for other legitimate business purposes. You will have the opportunity to opt out of any electronic marketing communications you may receive from us.
We share personal information with third parties who perform services on our behalf, including without limitation our lead generation provider, advertising provider, payment processors, technology providers, App Providers, security dispatch service (Avant Guard) and professional advisors.
AMP Smart Security and each of the App Providers and Avant Guard are independent third parties. If you are a customer of AMP Smart utilizing our Services, please understand that AMP Smart has limited or no control over the privacy practices of the App Providers and Avant Guard.
